“If I’d of found i-Train IT earlier, my computer knowledge would have been SO much better, my language would have been less blue with utter frustration at things not working and I would have saved POUNDS! I own a Mac and over the years I have tried many Mac so called ‘experts’ to resolve computer speed issues, software issues and simply help with “how do I do that?” questions. One visit from i-Train IT and all these questions have been answered and issues resolved.
In my opinion there are a few things that separates i-Train IT from these other ‘experts’.
Firstly, they know there stuff! Ask them a question and they know where to go and what to do. Secondly, they are wonderful teachers and they don’t make you feel like an idiot when you ask a question and thirdly (I could go on, but I won’t!) they care that you get the best out of your computer and that it works well for you. Recently I was about to throw my Mac out the window and buy a new one because it was running so slowly. I had already spend a LOT of money using another ‘expert’. i-Train IT came to our house, spent a few hours with me, freed up over half a terabyte of space AND MOST IMPORTANTLY recovered precious ‘lost’ photos.
